Geocache Description:

Cache is a magnetic nano, it is hidden close to a residential area, on a public footpath, beside a green.

1948 was a leap year starting on a Thursday, UK Railways was nationalised to Brisitsh Railways, Burma gained independence from the United Kingdom, it saw the 1948 Arab - Israeli War.  It was also the year D.J Eakin was born on the 06 May, he now resides in the Liester Park area of Ballyrobrt enjoying his retirement with Mrs. V.A.Eakin.

This cache is placed in his honour - Happy 65th Dad. As this is cache is close to a residential area, please be considerate when looking for it, and avoid it after 10.00pm
