We just couldn't resist putting a cache up here on the unspoilt quiet mountain with fabulous views on a clear day.
This mountain can be approached from several ways so the route is up to you, however to make a day walk, walk up over Moel Hebog, taking time to observe the pillow lava and therefore claim the earthcache. Then walk north west to this cache. Following a little rest here walk on north west to Moel Lefn where there is another cracking cache. Drop down through the forest and return to your starting point.
This is mountain country, wear suitable footwear and clothing and come prepared.....the weather can change quickly here!
