NAA - Savage Cave Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Tom.dog: I am removing certain geocaches that are physically degraded, that represent potential private property conflicts, or are preventing otherwise properly maintained geocaches from being hidden in "choice" locations. This is an effort to provide better maintenance and care for some of my other caches in Colorado as I prepare for a future in which visits to this region will become more sporadic.

Geocache Description:

NAA - Native American Arrowhead Series

You didn’t think that there would be just one… did you?

My hope is to continue placing caches named after Native American arrowhead types. There are hundreds, possibly thousands, of different arrowheads, spear points, and knives that have been named. I hope to cover as many of them as possible through a variety of cache trails within the state.

All caches stay along South Spring Valley Road and are placed on both sides of the road. There are 18 caches within this NAA installment, running alphabetically from North to South. Please place all containers back as you found them, and please carry a few replacement logs with you in case some are full.

I hope that this series continues to provide an upbeat style of power trail that gets you away from the repetitive container style found on others. Good luck and have fun!

Savage Cave - A medium to large size, broad, side notched point that is usually serrated. Bases are generally straight but can be slightly concave or convex.
