Geocache Description:

Ho-hum. It's just another letterbox, in an old Ammo Can. It's not much of a hide. I managed to find a used stamp, and a cheap stamp pad to go with it. Please don't take them . FTF can have the gloomy plushy. I guess I'll understand if you don't want it. Sigh. The FTF plushy for the other letterbox is in here too. I've always been poorly organized. BYOP

This cache has been a long time coming. But one can't complain. I have my friends. I talked to one last week.They listened politely.I think they think this cache is all in my head. Heck, i was beginning to think this cache was all in my head. It wouldn't be the first time But here it is. It's not much of a letterbox...but I feel a strange attachment to it.

I was going to make you count paces to find it. But what is a pace, anyway? Just a bother. I could have written the directions all out in detail, with metres and projections and all that stuff that would have taken me months to learn how to do, but you probably wouldn't have followed them anyways. So the cache is at the posted coords. oh well.

I could go on and on about the trail and the nice woods and the pretty pond you"ll see. But what for. The woods have a bit of poison ivy, and the pond is just a breeding ground for the mosquitoes and the blackflies that would lift you up and carry you away if your boots weren't stuck in the mud on the trail and therefore keeping you on the ground. It's a pretty awful place. It's probably better if you stay home. It will probably just start raining once you get here anyways.

Don't pay any attention to this cache. Just have a nice day. If it is a nice day. Which I doubt.

Oh, and HRCA has approved this placement. For some reason. They probably don"t realize what a lame hide it is.

Wow, Superkatze and JRHolmes77 braved the mud, bugs and plants. Congratulations on the FTF. I am almost happy.
