Geocache Description:

We went to a Kawartha Cachers breakfast and Butterfly5 presented us with the container for this cache so that we could extend the series. Thank You B5.

The best approach would be to enter the trails near #5 of this series and then follow the trail east from #4 along the bottom of the hill. It will be a long walk along a piece of single track which is seldom used and loops back and forth as dirtbikes tend to do. I’m not sure about the clock in the tree along the trail.

In the winter, the terrain may be very difficult.  The rest of the year, this is a beautiful, hardwood forest trail.

There is also a trail which comes off the SW corner of the parking area which will involve a short, fairly easy bushwack. #7 of this series is along that trail.

The trails in this section of forest have been submitted to the Ontario Trails Project for the 2013 release. To learn more, check for them out online.
Please carry extra log sheets and replace as necessary.
