Your looking for a small container, with camouflaged tape.
Once located next to the splash pad in town, the cache was removed for logistical reasons. When I tried to return the cache, the spot was already taken. So, now it is placed in this new location - needing a new name. The reward for the FTF, will be renaming this cache. Congrats to Team Sonic X. As promised this cache now named after you.
