If you are lucky, the leprechaun will be home when you get here!

If you want this to be a park and grab, park at the very end of Park Drive, where it meets Stockinger Drive.
If you want a leisurely stroll, park on the other side of the dog park and take the tar path along the Sauk River to this cache.

You may have to use stealth if the dog park is busy.
