Little Castle Queen & I recently bought what is suppose to be the RV (trailer) we want to keep for many years. To celebrate, we have decided to have a fun camping trip at Stumpy Meadows, and would like to invite you to come share some spaghetti with us! Please bring your chair, drink of choice & a side dish or bread to share. We'll cover the spaghetti with meat or meatless sauce. Please RSVP by June 5th for a head count. Parking will be out on the road with a short walk to the campsite. We have reservations for site #6, but if we can get site #22 we'll be there. Dinner will be about 6:00, so you can drive out of the mountains before dark. You can also check for a reservations if you want to camp!
Please come early to paddle or hike around the lake. Our trailer is a "Stellar" toy hauler, you can't miss it. My silver Dodge truck has Yakama racks, hard to miss. If you like to hike, the trail to Univercity Falls. Starting with cache GC160HR and ending up with your degree from UOW GC160JH, about a 4 mile round trip hike into a canyon. This will take you several hours. With luck we are going to do this trail in the morning.
