Bellaire needed its first letterbox. This also coincides with Mrs. tC being selected for a jury. In honor of her public service, we placed this cache. There is a small appropriate stamp for you to use. However, if you so desire, you can also add one of your fingers (Doesn't matter which one.) or toes and leave your fingerprint on the page. After all, this is Incriminating Evidence. Please refrain from using your lips. That is just too weird!
The cache is a decon with a pencil & notebook. There is enough room for a small trackable. Please be the utmost stealthy when going for it. There will be times when the muggle count will be high. Also please replace as you find it so that future cachers may enjoy it.
