Flagitious (fla jish’ эs)  shamefully wicked, as persons, actions, times etc.

This is a series of caches, each unique unto itself.  The caches in this series are very well hidden, they are intended to challenge your acumen and will take some time to find.  There are no encrypted hints but there is a plethora of clues to be had if you read carefully.  NOTE:  Some caches require special tools – they are available at the cache site and are part of the challenge.

Most of us think of dog-walking when we hear the expression “poop and scoop” but there is one more interesting definition.  Poop and scoop is also the highly illegal practice, occurring mainly on the internet, where a small group of informed people attempt to push down a stock by spreading false information and rumors. If they are successful, they can purchase the stock at bargain prices.  If caught, well, it might just earn you five years behind bars!
