DESCRIPTION:

In the summer of 2008, Bordeleau opened and became the first winery and tasting room in Wicomico County. They are located south of Salisbury on the banks of the Wicomico Creek.

The name Bordeleau "The Water's Edge" was chosen to reflect not only the distinctive environment where they hand-harvest the grapes, but also the favorable climate similarities to the Bordeaux region of France.

The 2013 Wicomico Geocache Dash is a virtual trail that takes cachers to 20 sites located throughout Wicomico County. The locations feature Wicomico's "Hidden Treasures" - parks, museums, historical buildings, and waterways.
