Magnetic whizbang containing only a logsheet. Hiding spot is located on a required green space between a BINGO parlor and a church. In fairness to both, I'll BET you can see the cache without PRAYING for intervention. Getting the whizbang in your hands to sign may be a different issue. I'm sure you will think of something.
Parking is generally available within 5 feet of the cache. If you happen to catch it at a time that the gambling fever is at a maximum, you may even have to cross the street.
