Spring Meadows Park is a nice quiet park most of the time. At one time there were a few more caches in this park then there is today. It will be a micro container somewhere in the park. I have GZ where you can begin your search and remember this park is bigger than most of you realize.
I have devised a puzzle for you. Do not think too hard on how I came up with the solution. If you are still stumped or have any fair questions, after the hint, I will give you a clue if you email me. The states are in a particular order and can not be moved around. 1-9 are single digits and do not add a zero in front of the single digit(ex: 01).
