Minerva, Ohio has a beautiful "main street" (Market St.) area which has undergone a lot of improvements in recent years. This cache is placed near the center of this "downtown" area with permission from the local business owner and the village of Minerva.
While you're here, feel free to make yourself at home and see what minerva has to offer. Minerva has a museum, a newly renovated theater, restaurants, and plenty of artwork. All within this "downtown" area. As always, beware of muggles. Please note: The N/S coordinates have been consistent, but the E/W seems to bounce around. The cache is on the east side of the road, to be sure. Also, it seems this cache has been placed with little regard for the vertically challenged. My apologies. If you are short, you may want to bring a friend or a tool or both. Congrats Buckeyealum FTF.
