Snowing Trees Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

songbird72: I would like to archive this cache because the container keeps disappearing, whether due to muggling or flooding. Also, the turnout on the roadway has been blocked so there is no safe place to park. It was fun while it lasted !

Geocache Description:

This cache is located in San Jacinto in the riverbed that runs along the base of the North Mountain. CONGRATS TO TEAM HOOPTY FOR FTF !!!

You are looking for a camo plastic spice jar among the cottonwoods in the sandy riverbed.  There is a turnout off Soboba Road (park by the curve arrow) and a short hike along a dirt road down into the sand.  Hike is very easy even for little kids (or aging geocachers!).  Cache is visible from the turnout.  As always, watch where you step even though there is no bushwhacking. And please practice cache in/trash out since the turnout seems to be a popular dumping spot....sigh.
