The cache is located along the Haldimand Chippewa Trail. The Haldimand Chippewa Trail is a new extension of the Trans Canada Trail.
While on this trail you will notice several "no trespassing" signs. We have been in contact with the Haldimand County Community Development & Partnerships Manager and have been granted permission to place caches beyond these signs, but not as far as the farmer's fence lines. Please be respectful and do not trespass into the nearby farmer's fields.
The trail is excellent for hiking, jogging, biking, and for strollers. Parking can be found at the trailheads on Unity Road or Haldimand Road 66.
While we were scouting for cache locations in this area, we came upon a poor old soul. We decided to incorporate him into the cache. Please be careful with the container, it is fragile.
