The cache is on the Bar Road at the Ministers Island crossing. When the water is high it covers the road here, making Ministers Island only available at low tide. The island was a summer home for Sir William Van Horne, the president of the Canadian Pacific Railway, in the late 19th century. The island can be accessed today for a small fee after crossing at low tide.
The cache is a nano, but should be a pretty easy find as there isn't much to hide it on here.
