Geocache Description:

A micro in the middle of no where!

From Granville to the PA border; I travel this road every day to and from work. I haven’t lived here long but this has to be the worst road in WV… or at least Mon county. Uneven, pot holes, no shoulder, water, muck and the truck traffic is terrible… moving coal, ash, limestone and gypsum to and from mines, power plants, barges and trains. I guess I shouldn’t bite the hand that feed me but I hate this road. Not many caches on this side of the river so I put one here. This cache was placed near a point in the road where the Mon River tried to reclaim Fort Martin Road. I hope you hate this road but like my cache.


The road is repaired (for now). The pullover area is steep and muddy - BE CAREFUL!
