Geocache Description:

THE BLAST FURNACES

Next to the the blast furnaces of Belval, the new university district is taking form, composed of infrastructures for the Universiy of Luxembourg, public research centres, socio-cultural activities and start-ups, but also of housing, shopping facilities, services and administrations.

at the foot of the blast furnace presents the public construction projects, the planning concepts and the urban design of the Terrasse des Hauts Fourneaux, but also the actors and future users of the new infrastructures. For the coming years, the information center follows the development and achievement of the Science Parc and will be upgrated
