Cache is located at the site of an old rest stop along route 3 shortly after arriving at beautiful MDI.
Cache site is located off historic route 3 where locals refer to as "the head of the island." The old, forgotten rest spot located beyond the lights at the head of the island. A great spot to stop for a rest while traveling or just hanging out at MDI. Trash containers available for rubbish so please keep the area clean. You will notice a beat down path just in the area of the rest stop. Follow that path a little way and you should have no troubles. Easy find for the entire family. I think. This Cache is new for summer 2013. Cache should be winter friendly. Good Luck!
