puz-zel: This was a great "HiWay Safety Cache" which got travelers to stop and take a break from driving. Too bad the cache box was STOLEN... and this cache had to be archived.

Maybe someone else will place a cache in this beautiful area - so drivers will stop a minute and take a rest from driving.

Easy OFF; Easy ON; Easy FIND....

CACHE BOX STOLEN
too bad 'cuz this was a popular spot for travelers to take a break from driving...

This is the 3rd cache box of mine in the area to be stolen. Cachers be on the watch out for this thief.
NOTE: I will archive this cache as LOST unless the thief returns the box by 1st of March.

Take a driving break. Get out of the car and stretch your legs. Swing your arms and breathe in some wonderful fresh mountain air. Look around and enjoy the view: South all the way to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon; North all the way to Zion Canyon; West all the way to the Coral Pink Sand Dunes; East all the way to the Grand Stair Case..... Elevation: 6,227' ; Park on pavement 80 yards off HiWay 89 BUT, use caution. Do not try to drive beyond the parking place unless your vehicle can drive in sand. It may may coral pink and beautiful but it is sand and regular cars will bog down and be a dead duck... Not too much fancy stuff in the cache for exchange: some polished rocks and colored items. Mostly, this is a "take a break and log in" cache. Check out the HINTS section for some aids to finding this easy cache....
