Geocache Description:


This is the second cache in the Hey V Meddle series placed in honor of the one and only Heavy Metal. We hope these three are a worthy tribute.



"V" is for VIG, Very Important Geocacher!
Heavy Metal is responsible for Limpid Green and White and I getting hooked. He has also been our gracious host on many a geocaching adventure. Supplying us with lists of caches and figuring out routes, taking care of all that dirty work. After one such adventure ktannieh had the great idea to put out a tribute cache, and we turned that idea into 3 tribute caches!
All geocachers should try to be more like Heavy Metal. He is a responsible, thoughtful cacher. Respectful of Mother Nature and private property. CITO when possible! And as a CO, Heavy Metal rocks! Lots of his caches are my favorites. The three of us along with suzilovesadam just wanted to say Thank You for being such a great friend and caching mentor!

This cache is placed just off the trail in Baker Preserve. There is a small FTF prize, an Apparition "G"geo key chain, and a smiley in the container for trade. BYOP, and have a nice hike!
