Geocache Description:

By popular demand this is the LAST of the "He Who..." series of caches. 

This is no longer an AYPE cache since it got muggled almost immediately. I moved it a few feet and increased the difficulty to reflect the stealthiness required.

This is a high muggle area. It may require several trips to log this cache without compromising it.

Please use this method to help the cache hang around awhile.
1. Once you have spotted the cache, back away and look around for muggles before reaching for it.
2. Remove only the bottom of the cache container and take the log away from the cache to sign it. (There's a bench nearby.)
3. Look around for muggles BEFORE replacing the log.

This is a good one to do on a lousy day when fewer people are using the beach.

The park is open 7AM to 11 PM.

After I published Hey, Who Cut That One?, the Pink Panthers to put out AYPE: Can You Smell It?
I accepted the challenge and put out He Who Smelt It Dealt It and He Who Said The Rhyme Did the Crime and He Who Observed it Served It and He Who Detected It Ejected It and He Who Spoke Last Set Off The Blast and He Who Denied It Supplied It and He Who Said The Verse Made The Atmosphere Worse and He Who Pokes Fun Is The Smoking Gun.

This series has brought you to all sides of the High Acres landfill and downwind from the Stinky Farm so you couldn't ask for a better place the grand finale of this series than this spot. (Well you could ask, but this is what you're getting.)
