By the cache name, you may know, it is about Chinese chess.
Read below description for cache detail.

The listed coordinate will bring you to a small park along Shatin Shing Mun River, near City One.
At there, you will find a tranquil and peaceful park with a large Chinese chess board on the ground.

You should have no problem to locate the large Chinese chess board.
Imagine you are on the “Red side”, your next move is:
Horse 3+5 (傌三進五)

The cache is located at the same direction of movement, 20 metres away.
