The Event Details:
Schrom Hills Park CITO
Thursday June 20th, 2013
6PM until 8PM

The City of Greenbelt would like to invite geocachers and non-geocachers alike to a CITO at Schrom Hills Park, the location for the 2013 MML City of Greenbelt geocache. The CITO is part of the city's 3rd Thursday Monthly Series that deals with Environmental Education and Awareness. The CITO will consist of garbage pickup at Schrom Hills Park. The City of Greenbelt will supply the garbage bags and some water for refreshment. All you need to bring is yourself and some gloves. If you have garbage pickers, they will be useful also.
Since this event is on a weekday evening, the city knows that work schedules may prevent some people from getting there right at 6PM, but they will welcome you whenever you can get there, just sign the log book and grab a garbage bag.

After the CITO, there will be a raffle, for some prizes. In addition, if there are any people new to geocaching, there should be some experienced geocachers that can help you with the basics of geocaching. There will be a couple of geocaches placed in conjunction with the CITO event.

Schedule:
6-7:30 Park Clean-up
7:30-8:00 Raffle and Geocache lessons for new cachers.
