This cache is placed in a lovely area on the Uig to Staffin road. It is a nice spot for a picnic but the cache itself is a little further away close to a cascading waterfall. Many travellers are either heading to or from the Quiraing from here, but a pleasant hour or so can be had around the streams and rivers that converge in this area. It is also the site of some old shielings, and feels like it would have been a hive of activity many years ago, but now a seldom visited place. Please take care and respect the sheep that graze around the area.
