The cubs are THRILLED that summer break will start June 4th and wanted to share their joy with others. So we are holding an event to celebrate! The event starts at 3:00 pm, with the free prize drawing at 4:00 pm.
We are holding this event at our favorite neighborhood park. We will set up after school is out and stay as long as the kids want (it is summer break after all). It has a nice playground and a big open area, as well as a gazebo with a few tables and shade. We will provide Popsicles, drinks (non alcoholic), water balloons, assorted frisbees, balls, and so on for play, and chalk for the sidewalks. Feel free to bring any other snacks or drinks you want, as well as water guns or other things to play with. We will hold a free raffle for some summer themed prizes and, hey, maybe a geocache container or two as well. We'll also try to get one of the lovely new GCCO coins for the giveaway.
Come celebrate summer break with the cubs and I, and hopefully a bunch of other cachers and some random park goers as well!
