To solve this puzzle you will have to do a little Algebra. Dont freak out! its ok... you dont need to know much more then simple Order of Operations (PEMDAS) and basic polynomials to figure out these few Algebra problems.
The coords are:
N64 AA.BBB
W165 CC.DDD
x= Degrees North Latitude
y= Add together all 3 numbers in the West Longitude
AA= 3(√x+2)-1
BBB= xy+(AA-CC)+10
CC= 2y-1
DDD= 9(y²-x)+4y+5
