Welcome to the Anne Kolb Nature Center
After finding a local multi we noticed this area was cache deprived. We bestowed it upon ourselves to provide some caching fun for one and all. These caches come in all different shapes and sizes. They are located high and low and range in different levels of difficulty. We hope you enjoy the walk around the park searching for these finds. Don’t forget to stop and take in the true beauty of this park.
AKNC is a beautiful, breathtaking park located in a 1,500 hundred acre coastal mangrove wet land. There is an observation tower along with board walks and exhibit halls. Please remember this is the home to a wide variety of plants and animals, including some threatened and endangered species. Please be respectful of this and act accordingly.
The park is open in the summer from 8-7:30 and in the winter from 8-6. Admission is free.
Check out all those bird feeders! Who would have thought there would be bird feeders in a preserve? Turns out that they are NOT bird feeders, but some kind of POISON ...there is NOT a cache in them!
This cache is a little tricky, so just like when you are bird watching ...keep your eyes peeled.
