This is a multi stage virtual cache located within a privatly owned park. There is a small entrance fee. It is Mon-Fri $3 adults $1kids(ages 3-12) & Sat-Sun $5 adults $1 kids. It is open from dawn till dusk. The interpretive building if you want to check that out is usually open until 5pm but is not neccesary to do this cache. You will never need to leave the trails through out this hunt!
Ok let's get started first you will need to locate yourself a map at the coords on the top of this page . Then you will need to go here 39º 07.603 084º 14.940 and write down the dedication that is placed there. If you have time I highly recommend you check out the lotus pond nearby. I saw some "red spotted newts" swimming by the small boardwalk here. Also you should see a log cabin nearby you can check out. On my way here 39º 07.442 084º 15.135 I saw a whole bunch of deer as they were running through the edge of the forest. Write down the dedication located here as well. Then you need to go here 39º 07.335 084º 15.096 This is a good place to take a break! While you are taking a break write down how many seating areas are on the platform you should be standing on. Hey get up your break is over! You'll see a couple of small waterfalls here 39º 07.410
084º 14.655 Write down how many paces (two steps) It takes to cross the bridge located at the coords by the falls. I know that paces vary depending on the person but it should be close. Finally go here 39º 07.496 084º 14.662 and you can watch the fish, turtles, or geese in the lake and write down how many benches are on this boardwalk. I hope you enjoy the walk as much as I did.
