CASEY STATE PARK Traditional Cache
Chickadee Girl: I'm still not able to get out to check on this one. Must be time to let someone else place a new hide.

Three-inch vitamin bottle log-only hide in a predictable spot on a hardpack trail from the park to the Rogue River bridge. Ample free parking in the park or you can do a park & grab from a wide spot just before the bridge guardrail. BYOP
Shady no-fee state park popular with fishermen and good for a family picnic. Grassy with open river frontage and permanent rest rooms. Watch for bald eagles waiting in the tall pines for an unwary fish. Sometimes there will be ducks or geese in the backwater area across from the picnic area. The hide is on a trail beginning at the east end of the back parking lot (past the boat ramp). There's a safe turn-around loop beyond the pavement. Bring a bag in case of litter.
