Velkommen til Vales Veg. Vale (Váli) er nevnt som to figurer i Norrøn mytologi, noe som kan være en misforståelse/sammenblanding med navnet Våle. I enkelte sammenhenger er Vale nevnt som sønn av Loke og Sigyn, og i andre sammenhenger som sønn av Odin og jotnekvinnen Rind.
Som sønn av Odin ble han avlet frem for å hevne drapet på Balder, noe han gjorde bare ett år gammel, ved å drepe Hod.
Vale, sønn av Loke, ble transformert til en ulv av æsene slik at han kunne rive i stykker broren Narve for å straffe Loke for hans forbrytelser.
Uansett hvilken versjon du velger, var Vale/Våle/Váli en hevnerfigur i Norrøn Mytologi.

Welcome to Vales Veg (Vale’s street). Vale (Váli) is mentioned as two different characters in Norse Mythology, which could origin from a misunderstanding/mix-up with the name Våle. In some stories, Vale is named as the son of Loki and Sigyn, and yet in other stories as son of Odin and the giantess Rindr.
As son of Odin, he was birthed for the sole purpose of killing Hod as revenge for his accidental murder of Baldr.
Vale, son of Loki, was transformed into a wolf by the gods so that he could slay his brother Narfi in order to punish Loki for his crimes.
No matter which version of Vale/Våle/Váli you chose, he is a character of revenge in Norse Mythology
