And now, on with the description of the cache…
A couple of friends were staying at the Wrest Point Casino in Hobart and noticed that a new cache had been published nearby. They didn’t know their way around Hobart very well, so they punched the coordinates for the new cache into their respective GPS navigation systems.
The first fellow was a bit disappointed, as his GPS told him that the cache would take 1000km and 14 hours of driving to reach. His GPS provided the following directions:
· Begin Drysdale Place at Wrest Point Casino
· Head west on Drysdale Place towards Sandy Bay Road
· After 300m continue straight ahead
· After 650m turn right
· After 100m take the first left
· After 3.9km turn right
· After 1.2km turn right
· After 180m continue straight ahead
· After 6.8km stay in the far left lane
· After 600m continue straight ahead
· After 1.2km turn right
· After 750m turn left
· After 1.3km turn right at the second roundabout (second exit)
· After 3.3km turn left at the roundabout (second exit)

The second fellow thought that there must be something wrong with his friend’s GPS, as his directions indicated that he only had to travel 10.4km and it should only take 16 minutes to get there.
