Geocache Description:

Placed in a newly formed copse with views of the Loughborough University Physics Dept Observatory. Also two new sports pitches are being developed close by.

The Observatory was installed in 2009 with a 3.5m dome. Holding several telescopes to assist students during their studies. For more details please visit http://www.lboro.ac.uk/departments/physics/about/facilities/observatory/

The cache is accessible by footpath from Nicholson Road where parking is available. Please be considerate to homeowners.

Cache not accessible by wheelchair.
