The Basics of the Dust Tape Canoe
Simply you will see the technique to get the basics for the waterproofing of a canoe. As we are building so many varied and interesting vessels we will look at how to make them water tight as well as how to make them sea worthy. I have also built and designed paddles that will be built on the day to assist you in your assault.
To the Whyalla crew I will post photo’s, just let me know the number of paddles needed and we will get volunteers on the day to build them. Also if there is any remote guys and girls we can get your order sorted as well. Just lets us know.
This session will take Approximately 1-2 hours to be done. The Event will run from 10am till 2pm. It will be a very important session and not to be missed. If anyone knows how to youtube the session your help will be appreciated for the remote canoe builders.
House Keeping – If you have an actual canoe or flotation device and wish to assit on the 5th of January assult this is the event to post a note on. Also to the participants it is time to look at purchasing a life jacket for the event in January.
