Geocache Description:

The historic Battleford Trail went through the corner of this quarter of land.  The trail and its remnants could have easily come under the plow but the Bardahl family transferred this site over to the municipality with the guarantee that this area would remain forever as a historical site only.  The trail is easily seen and a commemorative plaque was placed in 1981.
