Geocache Description:

This is our first cache! It is situated in a lovely quiet park but there might be a muggle of two around. The cache should be easy to locate and involves answering some fairly simple questions – great for the geokids! BYO pen.

It is a great place to spend an afternoon and let the geokids run around in a nice playground. First you must make your way to the given coordinates and answer the questions about the park you are taken to - questions 1 - 3 are about the plaque near you and questions 4 - 6 are about the park in general. The final coordinates are easy walking distance away (less than 200 metres), you are searching for a small container.

The questions are as follows:
Q1) What is the first digit of the date the park was opened?
Q2) If you add together all the digits in the year that the locality was renamed to Sandringham, what is the last digit in this number ?
Q3) The second last digit on the year the park was opened?
Q4) How many colourful poles are situated around the park?
Q5) How many bench seats are situated around the park?
Q6) How many picnic tables are situated around the park?

Next you must use this cipher to help work out the final coordinates:
A = Q1 + 4
B = Q2 + 5
C = Q3 - 5
D = Q4 - 20
E = Q5 + 1
F = Q6 - 2

Finally you must use the answers from the cipher and put them into these final coordinates:
S 37 56.ABC
E 145 0.DEF

Please enjoy our first geocache and hide the geocache well when you put it back! Good luck!
