Geocache Description:

This is a canoe cache. Might be possible to approach this one by chest waders or by walking on ice in winter, but it would be quite a trek.

We went for a canoe expedition on the Thames River from the Springbank Park dam to the Delaware Conservation Area. It was about 15 km and took 4 hours. We hid four caches along the way at several islands in the river.
This cache is hidden up a tree on the island. It is tied in place so that it won't get lost when the water level is high. Beware of stinging nettles all over this island.
Bragging rights for FTF.
