Wright's Corners Cemetery is believed to be the earliest of the 5 in Middlebury. The first burial wis in 1817 and the last in 1879. Soldiers from the Revolutionary War and the War of 1812 are buried here. One soldier, named Staunton was delivered the cemetery in a pickle barrel for interment. Permission granted by Dan of the Middlebury Board. Please respect the grounds here and don't cache after dusk. No need to search anywhere near a stone. If you park on roadside, BE VERY CAREFULL of traffic. Congrats to Bobkatz +wife on FTF.
