Geocache Description:

A cache on a quiet country path heading toward the River Ancholme near Hibaldstow

The cache is along the public footpath which can be taken from the middle of Hibaldstow right down to the River Ancholme just north of the village. There is parking available for this cache on Carr Lane. Ideally park on the verge adjacent to the place where the footpath crosses the lane and hike the rest of the way Please do not block the entrances to any field access. It is a very pretty area with contrasting sights and weather for different times of the year. You should certainly enjoy the walk, however it can be very breezy along the riverbank, so keep a watch on small children when walking along the path. Please keep to the footpath and respect the farmers crops which will vary each season. Be careful of the nearby ditch with this one and prepare to be stung and spiked. This is probably the most awkward of the three.
