Geocache Description:

My first cache - Placed in the Druid Valley between Cherrywood and Willow Court. Peaceful, quiet area. Very few people around.

The cache is at a lovely quiet spot, in the middle of two busy estates. I have been trying to find out more information about the valley for some time, but so far I have had no luck! I initially though there was an old graveyard, but that theory does not seem to hold up. If you have any information about this place, please do let me know!

The valley can be approached from both sides. It should require no more then a 5 minute walk from either side. It is a lovely spot for a picnic on a sunny day.

Getting there:

By public transport: Get off at the Cherrywood LUAS stop and walk straight through the estate over valley drive.

Driving: Coming of the M50 at Exit 16, cross the roundabout, and take the first left to head up the N11. Take the first left again (there is a sign for The Ramparts) and park at the bottom of Willow Avenue. From there follow the path down.
