Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the above coordinates. These show a point on a path with far-reaching panoramic views, between the ‘Beacon Alley’ and ‘Spring Moon’ caches.
 
A series of caches about people who have a connection with the Isle of Wight.

I was born on the Island.
My father was an alcoholic fisherman.
I was ambitious and educated well, not only in modern languages but in Greek and Latin.
I was of an inflexible character, had some influence but was not liked by many.
I lived in Paris part of my life.
