First in a series of Parking Lot caches in order to increase density in this urban environment we call home.
These caches are by no means similiar to one another except in that they are in parking lots. This first one I think is the most interesting. Good view from up here. Very few muggles.

I'm not sure if the gates close at a particular time. There are gates at each level but I've never seen them closed. There is a security guard patrolling the entire area in a golf cart so you should feel safe, not that its an unsafe area but in case you come at night. Please return the cache to the same spot
