if you're on your way to lake george, this is, for now, the closest cache to the village.
nothing special is required except for a sense of adventure.
this is our first cache hide. it's located 292' off the trail in a green ammo box.
where you park is up to you. you can access the cache by taking a bridge over the interstate,
or hike down to it from the toll road...your choice.
the cache is on the edge of a clearing, but overgrowth may hinder you once the leaf canopy comes out. the difficulty is based on that assumption.
have fun and enjoy the adventure. you might just want to hike up to the top, too! there's a fantastic view!
