In cryptozoology and sometimes in cryptobotany, a cryptid (from the Greek "κρύπτω" (krypto) meaning "hide") is a creature or plant whose existence has been suggested but is not yet recognized by scientific consensus.[1] Well known examples include the Yeti in the Himalayas, the Sok Ness Monster in Scotland, and Sasq-cache in North America.
There have been increasing reports of strange sightings along the parkway. People have seen a large serpent like animal swimming in the river & a huge fur covered biped of some type hidden deep in the taters.
We will be meeting at 9am at the posted coordinates.
The group will then take a 2ish mile round-trip walk through the area in search of cryptids.
Please bring the normals, GPS`r, water and camera.
