Cache is a small container with a log, no pencil.

Heir Apparent of Queen Elizabeth II.  HRH Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, formerly Prince William of Wales is the elder son of HRH The Prince of Wales and the late Diana, Princess of Wales, and third-eldest grandchild of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.  Prince Willaim has been second in line to the throne since 1982.
