Geocache Description:

A basic cache accessible by walking, hiking, biking or driving to the parking location.

On my daily bike ride, I've seen "this" and pondered what it is.

Parking: You can drive and park.  Parking coordinates:  N 43 51.833 W 21 27.088  Parking location is off of Meadow Road. OBEY all signs, please.  Follow parh along river to the bike/ped path. 

I'm curious what you think was the purpose of this item. Feel free to leave a guess in your log posting. Not required of course.
