Der Cache ist dem wohl nunmehr berühmtesten Südtiroler gewidmet, der zudem auch der am Besten erforschte und meistbesuchte ist. Vor 5300 Jahren geboren, starb er mit nur 45 Jahren einen, wie man heute weiß, gewaltsamen Tod. Viele Namen hat er bekommen: homo tyrolensis, Eismann, Mann vom Similaun oder Hauslabjoch, Frozen Fritz. Von den meisten Menschen wird er aber liebevoll einfach Ötzi genannt. Il cache è dedicato al personaggio più celebre dell’Alto Adige, che inoltre è l’altoatesino più ricercato e visitato. Nato 5300 anni fa, oggi si sa che è morto a causa di un assassinio. Numerosi anche i suoi nomi, tra i quali vi sono: homo tyrolensis, uomo del ghiaccio, uomo del Similaun o Hauslabjoch e Frozen Fritz. La maggior parte della gente però lo chiama semplicemente Ötzi. This cache is dedicated to the most famous South Tyrolean. He is subject to extensive scientific research and is the most “visited” person in South Tyrol. He was born ~5300 years ago and today we know that he died as a result of murder. He has been given many names including: Homo Tyrolensis, Ice Man, Man from Similaun or Hauslabjoch and Frozen Fritz.
