Ce silo à blé fut construit par la coopérative de blé de la région Troyenne en 1937 près de la Gare de saint Julien et un deuxième silo lui sera accolé en 1953.
Après plusieurs fusions de coopératives le silo finira dans le groupe Nouricia, 2e groupe céréalier régional.
Mais vers 2001 le site est déserté au profit de localisations plus rurales. L’ensemble est alors racheté par un groupe immobilier qui le réhabilite en 2002 en le transformant en loft et en installant des activités tertiaires en rez de chaussée pour donner ce bel ensemble

This grain silo was built by Trojan wheat cooperative in 1937 near the Saint Julien les villas station and a second silo will be attached to him in 1953.
After several mergers of cooperatives, the silo finally ends in the Nouricia group, the second regional grain group.
But in 2001 the site was abandoned in favor of more rural locations. The buildings are bought in 2002 by a real estate group that rehabilitates the buildings, turning it into loft and installing commercial activities on the ground floor to give this beautyfull building.
