Geocache Description:

Hieman vaikeammin saavutettavissa oleva "purkki".

Kana (Gallus gallus domesticus) on kanalintujen lahkoon kuuluva kesytetty lintu. Kana on yksi yleisimmistä kotieläimistä lähes kaikkialla maailmassa. Kananmunien lisäksi ravintona hyödynnetään lihaa. Koiraspuolista lintua kutsutaan kukoksi. Kana polveutuu aasialaisesta punaviidakkokanasta (Gallus gallus).

Shortly in English:

The chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus) is a domesticated fowl, a subspecies of the Red Junglefowl. As one of the most common and widespread domestic animals, there are more chickens in the world than any other species of bird. Humans keep chickens primarily as a source of food, consuming both their meat  and their eggs.

Chicken is also a bird which is unable to fly, which might make you wonder how this one has found its nest!
